DARTFORD ALMSHOUSE CHARITY

We have recently signed an agreement to manage 36 properties on behalf of the Dartford Almshouse Charity.

DAC is a long established Charity that has served the Dartford community for more than 115 years.

The properties, Gartly Cottages on the West side of Dartford and Loam Court close to the town centre offer sheltered accommodation with a monitored alarm system. Preference is given to people of limited means who are at least 60 years old and who do not have a limiting disability.

FIT Voices are very pleased to be offered this opportunity to enhance our work within the local Community.
